September, 5, the Energy Conservation Inspection Team under the State Council paid a visit to Yongxiang, and received warm welcome from Yongxiang polysilicon general manager Mr. Feng Dezhi, and Yongxiang Co., Ltd. general manager Mr. Wang Jinhong.

Mr. Feng introduced to the inspection team Yongxiang’s current energy consumption, energy-saving objectives, technique applications, as well as its management mechanism. The completed energy-saving amount from 2006-2009 was 30,718 tons of standard coal. The amount is expected to reach 5,000 tons this year.

Focusing on the eleventh five-year energy conservation objective, Yongxiang has put great amount of human and financial resources to improve its energy-saving techniques and equipment, including the recently added 35 tons/hour circulating fluidized bed boiler, electrostatic dust collector, and reverse osmosis desalted water device. These could save about 10,000 tons of raw coal per year. While improving environment protection ability, there is also considerable economic return. The annual net profit reaches 617,300 yuan.

Yongxiang polysilicon company uses all-closed production for main material，with zero emission of solid and gas waste, as well as thermal recycling utilization. The production line improvement has not only lowered consumption, but also realized wasted liquid recycling utilization.
