On the morning of 18th , 2009 Annual Summit on China’s Rural Informatization（the sixth award ceremony for China’s Top 100 Agricultural Website）was held in Beijing. The summit themed with “Turning Point• Starting Point• Bright Spot” was co-organized by China Electronic Commerce Association, Internet Society of China, Information Center of Agriculture Department.
